We take great care in ensuring that every package is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped. Each item is carefully checked for quality and accuracy so that it arrives in perfect condition.
Package and item conditions are also pictured and sent before sending out.
We will not be held liable for courier mishandling.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at mariaoriang.work@gmail.com with:
- A photo/video of the item/issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
