Thank you for shopping with Maria Oriang! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Couriers
We ship nationwide via J&T Express.
Estimated Delivery Times
All products are considered pre-order, especially for tapestries, perfect bound books, and acrylic products. Prints and stickers are usually on-hand.
Pre-order means that some packages may take a minimum 7 -10 days to be ordered, before they can come to us to be packed and shipped out. Then, once they are shipped out, only should you calculate the delivery time
We use J&T Express and ship from Manila.
- Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
- Luzon (Provincial): 5-7 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 7-10 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are calculated based on your total order's required package size + shipping address. Please see checkout for final shipping rate.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the courier's website.
Do you have Shopee or TikTok Shop?
No, I do not (It is harder to register there and fees are unpredictable).
Will you be able to offer Shopee or TikTok Checkout?
No, I will only process online orders via this online store, or special requests via email or Instagram DMs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are the courier's responsibility. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email here] and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Please note that all packages are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to ensure they leave us in perfect condition.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply.
